Originally from Bulgaria, Miro came to the US to complete his MBA at Darden School of Business, UVA. After graduation, he lived every stage of the GTM journey, closing early-stage, mid-market and enterprise deals as a founding AE at a Y Combinator startup, developing the outbound motion as an SDR Manager, leading the SMB and Mid-Market teams at Intercom and Contentsquare, and building a sales org from scratch as Head of Sales at LimeSpot.

Today at s1, he focuses on serving some of the most exciting AI and SaaS startups in the market, and his successful hiring approach hasn't changed: deep discovery, hand-vetted candidates, and a focus on cultural fit over volume.
